With more than 18 years of knowledge and expertise in architectural design concepts, engineering, codes and materials, as well as hands-on construction management experience, from bidding, purchasing and hiring subcontractors, to day-to-day administration, code enforcement and inspections.
We have a long-standing crew of craftsmen and can give our clients full service which means we’ve got you covered on design and content right through to sign-offs and move-in. You’ll form a lasting relationship with us, collaboration is central to everything we do.

Our design services are available ala carte, we can provide you with plans and permits and you can then shop for a contractor. We also offer full service which means we’ve got you covered on design and permits right through to construction and sign-offs, at an overall savings due to our package rates.

We operate on the latest version of AutoCad as well as 3D programs for photometric lighting design and cabinet design. Our digital interfaces makes selection of materials and architectural elements a breeze, from roofing to cabinets to light fixtures.

Kevin has held his license since 2007, with a lifetime of fine carpentry and building experience. His crews are neat, friendly, prompt and perfectionists.
