During these difficult times we are open for design and permitting projects in our home office, and construction jobs.

DESIGN/BUILD – GENERAL CONTRACTOR

TIMELESS AND CREATIVE ARCHITECURE

Sand and Stone – natural elements which surround us in the desert environment, is inspiration to create beautiful and timeless architecture for our clients. With more than twenty years of knowledge and expertise including design to finish new construction, historically sensitive restorations, additions, and remodels with clean and green practices.

INITIAL DESIGN

As your architectural designer, we will relate your needs and quality standards to your budget.

DETAIL DESIGN

Having translated your brief into a developed design, your architect will produce detailed drawings and specifications for competitive pricing by builders.  You can choose Design Only rates, or our tailored Design/Build package which saves you 10% overall if you book your construction with Sand and Stone.

DEVELOPED DESIGN

In permit stage, the architect  will produce a set for application to building departments, as well as a detailed construction drawing set, after the permits have been approved, specifying your requirements further and will present developed proposals in the form of drawings for you to evaluate as the project progresses.

CONSTRUCTION

During this phase we can help you tailor your budget even further to your needs by helping evaluate the construction budget, and, when construction starts, will act as your independent advisor during building work.
